Wow, this is the last week of the hexster! We will prepare some taco fillings on Thursday for our Farewell Fiesta on Friday. Please come in appropriate lab attire on Thursday, 9/21.
Since this hexter had a shorter schedule, and we have not received enough spare buttons, students will not be sewing this week. Please accept my apologies for omitting the activity this term. Scrambled Eggs
4 eggs 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter Salt and pepper to taste Mix eggs well. Cook in small skillet at medium heat, stirring continuously with spatlua. Remember to cook the eggs LOW & SLOW, stirring often. Makes 2 servings This week's lab will be on Thursday, 9/14. We will be cooking eggs.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Directions: Preheat skillet over medium heat. Generously butter one side of a slice of bread. Place bread butter-side-down onto skillet bottom and add 1 slice of cheese. Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted.
