This week's lab will be on Tuesday, 10/10. We will be making grilled cheese sandwiches and cheese quesadillas. This will be a good way to move from our study of dairy products into our exploration of carbohydrates.
Here is the homemade whipped cream recipe from Friday's lab. This recipe may be doubled as needed. We actually used a whole quart, so 4 times this amount! (A pint of cream would have been enough for our class.)
